We would like one or two residents from each neighborhood to act as moderators of their neighborhood forum.

As a moderator you can:
* Delete topics or replies posted in your forum if necessary.
* Edit the content of any post if necessary.
* Post important announcements in your forum by posting them as an "Announcement" when creating the post. Announcements will always appear at the top of the forum and will not be pruned by the system.
* Post "Sticky" topics that float to the top of the list. Sticky posts are still subject to pruning.
* Feel an enormous sense of pride over being selected for this most important role.
