I am writing to nominate Arcadia Park located on the west hand side off of John R between Hamlin and Avon.
Over the years we (the homeowners) believe money well spent is in our landscaping and maintaining our retention ponds. This year we have hired three company's Oakland Oaks for planting flowers each season, adding and removing the mulch where needed. Clean Green has helped us with, cutting, and trimming the grass. True Green with our weed control in all of our common areas.
We spend allot of time cleaning up our neighborhood by doing so we have a Spring Clean up and members of the board walk around the subdivision picking loose debris if need be. Over the years we have maintain the beauty of our subdivision by a group effort and hope to continue making improvements keeping our neighbor safe and clean for our children to play and live in.
Nominated by Stefanie George
Treasurer, Arcadia Park Homeowners Association

Sandy Ford
I am nominating the East Hampton Sub on John R just south of Hamlin Rd. Ron and Michelle Postiff, homeowners in the sub and were given this redo job have done a fantastic redo from the old dead stuff that was there. It is very neat and well maintained and not cluttered. They need rain because they bucket water to the sites which is quite extensive.
