What is the criteria for plowing snow from our streets? I see that Grandview (North Fairview Farms) is completely clear - bare road visible, while streets like mine (Kilburn N) is caked with snow and ice.

Why the disparity in treatment?

Thank you for your request. Please refer to our website (rochesterhills.org), it contains information regarding the City's policy on snow removal. This is the "path" you should take....

Go to www.rochesterhills.org

Click on City Services (located near the top of your screen next to "Our Government")

On the next screen, you will notice an index to the left.

Click on "Dept. of Public Services"

Arrow down the page, the information you are requesting should be under "Road Maintenance Information During Winter Months".
We have included policy information along with the city's snow plow routes on a map.
